  I cannot speak to the level of care givin here by the doctors. However reading the reviews for this office and it’s sister office in Alton gave cause for concern. We tried to contact this office for two days with three phone calls a day to schedule and left messages on their machine to call back and never received a call. We finally reached Alton office that scheduled for us there but with what the other reviews were saying and the several days of attempting to reach someone at both locations we figured that what people were saying is true and gave us a bad vibe. I contacted a sports ortho in belleville and 10 min later had an apointment and the next day a call to get all images there for the apointment. Big difference!

  This clinic does not follow through with it's patients, does not send the appropriate orders to the next provider, and then does not return phone calls.
