  We generally have a nice visit when we take our 2 children in for exams except when we have one particular staff member help us. The doctors and other staff members are great and work well with our kids, but the woman with shorter hair that greets clients and starts to get xrays seemed to be frustrated with my kids on the last visit. She would continue to
  pull my son's head in place when he would move slightly instead of understand that it is hard for him to not move his head for a period of time. Then while working on our daughter she got mad when she wouldn't bite the plate correctly and threw the plate down and stormed off. She is 5 and just didn't know what to do. Another staff member came in and explained what she wanted and it seemed better. Overall the staff is great with the exception of this one staff member.
